Privacy Policy

SmartWell is designed to keep the information you log private to your account.

What we store

Your account email, the tracking data you enter (meals, water, sleep, steps, activity, favourites, targets, dietary notes), any meal photos you upload, and subscription status.

Who can see it

Only you can see your data through the SmartWell app. Database rules enforce that access. Our operators may access aggregated or anonymised data for maintenance and improvement.

AI processing

When you upload a meal photo for AI nutrition estimation, the image is sent to a third-party model provider through a secure API. The provider does not receive your account identity. Do not upload photos that reveal sensitive personal information.

Third-party services

We use a payment processor for subscriptions, an authentication provider for sign-in, and a cloud database provider for storage. These providers process minimal information necessary to run the Service.

Your rights

You can export a JSON copy of your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
