Welcome to SmartWell ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SmartWell.

2. Not medical advice

SmartWell provides general wellness tracking only. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. Do not use the Service to diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a qualified professional for personal health decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you log and for keeping your credentials secure. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

4. Subscription

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. Continued access after the trial requires a SmartWell Premium subscription. Billing is handled by our payment provider.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the Service to store medication schedules, clinical records, or any regulated health information. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartWell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
